When I say Dairy what do you think of? Probably all of those wonderful foods made with dairy products instead of the Mississippi Farm Families who raise 68 Grade A dairy cattle herds.
Milk is the only crop that is harvested daily. Cows are milked at least twice a day every day with sanitary milking machines.
In 2018, Mississippi dairy farming families milked 9000 cows each day year round to bring in 23 million value of production to our economy.
Here’s a quick recipe for a “Glorious Banana Pudding”. It’s always one of those recipes I get requested to make.

Glorious Banana Pudding
16 ounces whipped topping, thawed
12 ounces sour cream
Family Size Instant Vanilla Pudding
3 cups Whole Milk
3 Large bananas, peeled and sliced
Line the side and bottom of a trifle dish or large serving bowl with vanilla wafers. Place layer of banana slices on bottom of dish/bowl.
In a mixing bowl, stir together milk and instant vanilla pudding. Fold in sour cream and cool whip.
Pour half of pudding mixture on top of banana slices. Add another layer of banana slices.
Top with remaining pudding mixture. Decorate top with vanilla wafers.
